My visa electron card came today. I'm just wondering a number of things.

1- As it has a chip, can i use chip and pin in a shop like with most other cards?

2- Can I buy stuff online e.g. a world of warcraft membership or off of Amazon or iTunes?

3- What can't I do with this card?

3. It has fewer protections than a credit card ('cause you're not entering a consumer credit lending deal with the credit card company with each purchase) but that's the same as any other debit card. It may not be as universally accepted as a Visa credit card (but this has substantially improved over the last few years.) As long as you have a new card with a security code on the signature strip on the back you should be fine.
