i share my drive way with my next door neighbouer ive just had my roof replaced i have just found out that she call the scaffolders to come and remove it surley she has no right has ive not finshed with it also i would like to know how long i can keep around my house for she new i was haveing my roof done 2 wks ago have i any rights to claim against her for calling the scaffolders to remove it many thanks

It looks as though you have joint access. Did you consult/agree with the neighbour before you ordered the scaffold/work?

answer to your questin is yes she told me it was ok but when it it went up and the roof was finshed she wanted it taken down as i said she called the scaffold company to say to remove is she allowed has it has nothing to do with her
