2 Hours ago we phoned tiscali for MAC code, and it has arrived!!!
Am astonished after hearing peoples horror stories about them, and was dreading a long wait, but lo and behold, just 2 hours! Migration from Tiscali might not ALWAYS be hell ;)

Can I ask - are you keeping the same email addresses? We were thinking of leaving Tiscali as they ahve not been able to upgrade our package from 512k +weekend calls to one of their better deals, but loath to cahnge email addresses for teh whole family..

Not sure, but probably losing it, however we never used the tiscali email anyway.
