currently i have my property up for sale which it has been for the last 6mnths and as the market is very slow at the minute it is not selling. what i am looking to do is a part exchange on my house for a new property currently i owe 108k on my northern rock mgt the new house i am looking at is 135k-150k but northern rock will not lend me the extra cash. Halifax have said that they would lend me 142k mrtg but would i b able to do this as a part xchange. if not what are my options?
