Q I recently ordered £179.99 worth of goods from tvwearhouse I have not received the goods, am unable to get the website to load and have not received any response to my emails. Firstly, is there anyway I can check to see if it has gone into receivership? Secondly, I used my debit card to pay for the goods - will I be able to claim the money back.

This depends on your debit card - some years ago, I had a similar problem using a Lloyds Gold Debit card - which paid out in full (eventually !!) - so you might as well try - you will need full proof of ordering / costs / dates & proof that you have tried to reclaim your monies from the receivers etc
