Thank you Skywalker. I actually emailed Karma insurance, and you are ONLY ALLOWED ONE of the ACCEPTED ILLNESS LISTED.

So, he would have to go through the medical screening, but she did say the premium would only increase by 10%.

Karma Insurance? Travel insurance guru, please read!

Has anyone dealt with, been insured with Karma Insurance. www.karmainsurance.com

My husband is diabetic and epileptic and both are well controlled and he has a driving license albeit it has to be reviewed every three years.

Last November we went to the USA for one week, and got the cheapest insurance possible through Marks & Spencers at £115.00 for both of us. £29.00 for me and the rest for him as having pre medical conditions. Some quotes I had got via Diabetes UK from Allclear, Medici etc were £200 and £300 respectively, one was even £400.

On finding this website, it states that Diabetes and Epilepsy are conditions they accept in their standard insurace (Epilepsy if have a driving license; which my hub does).

The premium for 9 days for myself and spouse in the USA is £44.00 which includes tax and passenger taxes or whatever.

Just wondered if this company is cosher! ... real!?
