    IVA and household credit ratings.

I am currently 2 years into an IVA and will be moving in with my partner ( she is fully aware of my situation ) but she is concerned that her credit rating ( which is good , and has a mortgage on her property ) will be affected when I move in. I am aware that we should not enter into any joint financial arrangments ( which isn't going to happen anyway ) but she is thinking of getting an extention built and doesn't want any problem getting finance because of me. Should she expect any problems?

    Thanks for any advice

    J.

Hi --- You've got the right line of thinking, as long as you do not have any joint loans, cards, credit or borrowings of any kind there will never be any association of your names for credit reference purposes.
