    Hi Eddie

As far as I'm aware, BT Total Broadband, PIPEX (don't go there), Madasafish and Telewest are Mac compatible, unsure about Safari though you'll need to check with them first before you apply.

    Cheers

Im suprised they dont support Mail as the program is a lot like Microsoft Outlook. As long as your ISP supports POP and SMTP E-Mail you should be able to use Mail to access them.

It is strange that Safari doesnt work with their site. Have you tried using Mozilla Firefox or Opera?

It could be difficult to help you with the supporting Safari issue. It would be worth you signing up for a E-Mail account with some service providers and see if you can access their system through your browser. Most ISP's offer free E-Mail addresses for non members so you should be able to find one easily.

ISP support for Mac Safari /Mail users

    Hi.
Can you tell me which ISP's provide email support for Apple Mac "Mail" users and combined Safari browser users.
I was recently told by Virgin.net (who I pay £17.99 to) to delete my emails as my boxes were almost full.
Only to find I couldn't delete them from my Mac because the appropriate "options" tabs to enable me to carry out this request
on Virgin's site were dead (unnaccessable)... I emailed them to tell them of the problem only to be told that they don't support Safari as a browser or my "Mac- generic" Mail software programme...I was advised to acesss a PC and manually delete my emails.. Which took me 3 hours... Not pleased with Vigin's lack of service, I want to change ISP.... I'd like to know of any other ISP providers who technically support both "Safari" and "Mail"....

    Thanks for your help.

    Eddie.
