Can anyone recomend a insurance firm for Indemnity insurance, we are about to purchase a house, and it would seem there should have been planning permision and building reg, our solicter has recomended this insurance, but cannot find out much about it.

Hi --- I have used a company called, "First Title" in the past, the last policy cost around a couple of hundred pounds and was for defective title indemnity cover... they do a range of indemnity policies including what you require, ask your Solicitor to get a quote off them for you.
