    What income do i need to have annually, to borrow £200,000 of mortgage. ?

    Hi...most allowed by High Street lenders is 5 x income, although lenders that do have affordability calculators sometimes allow higher multiples. As a rule though anywhere between 4 and 5 x income should be around the mark.
