    Is now a good time to buy? or do you think prices will fall further? (I earn £14000, and have about £13,000 in savings i'll be looking at cheap fixer uppers, roughly in the Chesterfield area they are on the market for about £70-80,000 so the cheaper the house the better :) )

    Wait and watch patiently ..... is my opinion, keep reviewing the market until you see a very slight upturn.....then consider buying.
