    Gem,

Let me know how you get on with your complaint. I send a letter of complaint about 6 weeks ago to its customer service centre by recorded delivery. Guess what, no reply. Then sent another letter, guess what, I'm still awaiting a reply. Have not even received an acknowledgement that my letter of complaint has been received. Disgraceful !

Hand delivered letter to branch going missing. All my personal details on the letter. Waiting 3 months for replacement debit card. Unauthorised overdraft charge when I wasn't even over my allowed overdraft amount.

Re: 'Help' Alliance leicester complaints address

Mine was just the general service and staffing of them. took 12 weeks to switch us over from halifax when was told it would be 3-6 weeks, rude staff that don't have a clue what they are doing and when we switched over they said they would meet our 200 overdraft facility but they never and have said to get an overdraft i need to send a full months statement from my old bank which shows me 30 days in credit ??????? if i was 30 days in credit i wouldn't need an overdraft ( hench the bank or its staff without a clue).

Good luck with your complaint i think we'll both need it.

Re: 'Help' Alliance leicester complaints address

    Hello Gem 28,

Update on Alliance & Leicester. Still nothing received from customer services department despite further letters. Went into my local branch yesterday with all my documentation. Spoke to branch manager who advised did not have the discretion to make any decisions etc on the points raised but branch manager accepted very poor customer service and personally apologised. All my documentation has now been faxed again to customer services by my branch manager. She has also spoken to customer services on the phone advising of the poor customer service to date. I await with interest. Least I have branch managers contact details should I need to contact again.

    How are you getting on.

    Regards
