    Hi,

Don't think there would be a problem as Spain are also on 240v mains electricity - that would be the only concern.....and the fact you will need to change the plug or use an adaptor!!

    Regards,

    Adey

Hi, there is a bit more to it than voltage. If you want to receive analogue signals, check the instruction book of the TV before you buy, The sound (in Spain) is on a different frequency to UK. In fact that is not quite true- the sound in UK is on a different frequency to Europe! If you only want digital reception you should be OK.

    Circumstances alters cases!!

I accompanied my friend when he went from store to store trying to get definitive answers on the leading brands.

1   Do not accept what a salesman says unless he shows you it written down in a handbook or somewhere else official.

2   What we found was the best thing to do was ask the assistant to get the remote control and on some TVs it tells you in the TV menu.
