Dont Use Virgin if you want them to write to you.

I have written to Virgin (about a billing problem where they have put my phone and broadband charges up by a third without saying why) seven times since 18th September, asking them to put in writing to me why they have put my standard charge up.
They still have not got back to me!
All I have had are two unsigned letters saying that they are busy!

Its got to be the worlds worst customer service.

Dont advise your friends to sign up with Virgin Media unless you want to lose them.

Hi --- Perhaps a letter that is stern and more to the point would suffice, write to them recorded stating that unless they give a satisfactory justifiable reply to your simple question in a reasonable time, that you will consider them to be in breach of their original agreement, and therefore reduce your monthly payments in accordance with the original terms of the agreement.

Explain also that you appreciate they may be busy; the same as yourself, but if they give a credibe explanation that it will in the long run save them from more work, by solving the problem once and for all if they provide, "due care and skill" to your request as they are obliged to under, "the sale of services act", which accompanies the sale of goods act.

    I have!
I've tried everything. My last letter even gives a straight choice between them advising me how to close my account with them or them resolving my problems. And - if you speak to Virgin on the phone they dont keep their promises. Like I said - My advise at the moment is not to sign up with Virgin Media until they learn how to look after their existing customer base.
