I have a dispute with Currys over a laptop that I bought three months ago that has never worked properly and they refused to honour their terms that they would always refund or replace within 28 days, deliberately stringing it out until it was over 28 days.
The store says it's a software problem, the helpline admits is hardware failure. I want the store to honour their agreement that they didn't honour before. I can't afford to be without the laptop for at least 14 days while they repair it and that is *if* they have the part in stock.
Does anyone have Currys head offices email address as I am not getting anywhere on lower levels
