    Re: courts warranty

Hi -- I am assuming that you got the furniture, but are having problems with the goods. ?

Although Courts ceased trading and were liquidated the extended warranty could still be valid as it would have been insurance based, I found what is called, "Supa Shield" from trawling the web, I believe that it may be the old Court's form of extended warranty that was sold to old customers. Perhaps have a good look to see if you can identify an insurance company name, which you could contact requesting them to honour the agreement that you would have paid them for seperately to Courts furniture store.

If not, and you paid for the extended warranty by credit card at that time, then approach your card issuer for a return of the policy premium which is of no use to you, if they refuse to honour the old agreement of which they were very happy to take your money for at the time.
