    Bank compensation level?

I am deceased, according to my credit score. In the last 3 years I have applied for three different credit card applications,to which I have been refused all three.I have investigated this and found out that my Bank, in 2005 reported that I was deceased to the credit experts. This is the reason I have been unable to get a credit card.I told my bank of this problem after applying for my 2nd credit application, and now after being refused for the last time,I have got to the bottom of this and the bank is in the process of changing things with the credit experts.I have told the bank I will be seeking compensation, but I need advise on what level,as I don't know what a fair amount is for all the trouble and trauma this has caused me as it was in fact my husband which was the deceased. Please has anyone got any advise. Thanks for reading!

Hi --- Your post has no definite answer...or at least without knowing all your losses it would be extremely difficult to even estimate.

The problem here is actually proving any losses, you would need a free consultation with a, No win - No fee Solicitor who specialises in compensation claims.....but don't hold your breath. !!!
