I am writing you regarding the bank charges to my account. last year I took out a cash-back mobile contract with Fonezone, who stated their would make direct payment to my account.
I had insufficient funds in my account and I thought Fonezone had made payment but later I found out their had not, everytime Orange and T-mobile tried to take money from my account their could not. I cancelled the direct debits as soon as I found out,
At the moment my account has gone into -£250 and I am in financial difficulty having trouble paying the charges back is there any way I could make Nationwide wiave these charges because I have been a loyal customer and thanks to fonezone I ended up in this financial crisis.
