Hi is there any body out there that knows if Banks are allowed to charge you an account maintenance fee if it was there charges that sent you overdrawn in the first place?

Yes, they are. Hard to swallow I know but they tell you about the charges and when they will take them so they will tell you that you should have made provisions for charges as per their schedule.
