Today I opened Monthly Savings with Barclays and the esavings reward account.

The e-savings reward account was opened instantly online, which is nice. The Monthly Savings is a very basic application(if you can call it that). They take your account number and sort code, post code, date of birth and full name, then say they will get back to you within a few days.

Seems kind of a strange process, but let's see how it goes.
