Just wanted to let you know that I faxed all my correspondence to and from Orange to the person you had dealt with.  I then had a call from him last Sunday.  He was very apologetic and told me that he would cancel my account immediately and I wouldn't have to pay any further charges from them. He also said I wouldn't hear any more from them (hurray!!).  They did send a pre-paid bag last week and asked for all their equipement back or they would charge £100!  Needless to say I have sent it back, along with every letter, bit of wire, and a broken power supply that I could find.
