Or put another way, DST don't understand how Microsoft products work and cannot tell you how to do this. The above e-mail is complete rubbish as ALL DST product will work with Microsoft products, it is merely a case of knowing HOW to set these up and for that I would suggest that anyone goes to a competent IT professional who has been in the business for longer than the ISPs. The only clarification required here is that there are TWO distinct versions of Outlook, one that is found as part of the Office Suite of products and Outlook Express which is a cut down version of the Office suite. In some instances it may not be possible to configure web mail services with Outlook Express, but these are VERY rare.
