Just to let you know, that 11 months have passed since the beginning of my dispute with BG over an £884. electricity bill. In December I contacted the energy ombudsman - not - energywatch. I have had a reply from them, agreeing with my argument. British Gas now have to credit the bill, send a letter of apology and re-calculate. The ombudsman stated that the readings BG had quoted, were unreliable!! British Gas have actually telephoned me to state this will be their actions!
Obviously, as soon as this is finalised, I will be switching supplier!
