we are needing to take out breakdown cover for our trip to europe we are going i hope as far as romania the car is 12 yrs old and we will be camping does anyone know of a good reliable company also do you have to pay for repairs then claim back when we get home thankyou

You should not have to pay for any emergency repairs to get you going or to bring you home if the problem is not easily fixable, but if you are taken to a garage for permanent work then you are responsible for those costs directly with the garage.

thanx for your reply i have googled and even called a number of companies some companies dont have their policys online for me to see so i have ask them lots of questions to be told '' i dont know'' when i ask them to send a copy of the policy they say i have to buy first this seems silly as i would rather have it in writting what i am paying for..
