     How do I actually test the master socket Dai?

    Look at the picture I posted earlier and you'll see a red square. This marks the hidden test socket.

    You'll need to undo the two screws of the NTE5 and pull the lower half of the faceplate away. Now connect your modem directly to the revealed socket. You'll probably need a filter in place.

    Hi,

         Just a long shot here can a firewall disrupt a connection mine was switched off the Windows Version?
