We were acquired by the Retail arm of the BT Group in January this year. We have absolutely no plans whatsoever to relocate our call-centre operations overseas. We're still PlusNet and still run as a seperate entity just as we were before.
We are all based at our HQ, Internet House, in Sheffield. From the CEO down we all operate from the same building. It's a big benefit for our Technical Support Analysts to be in the same place as our Network Engineers, our Development Teams and our Senior Management. It works well, allows us to all be 'joined-up' with our internal communications and helps us resolve customer issues and problems speedier.
