Mr Lloyd, I have just had a thought. Why doesn't ms poll it's customers for cs feedback six months after sign up and then every six months thereafter and let them sign in for one off ratings? I imagine the cost of setting up and running this may be more than outweighed by new customers and increased customer loyalty.
Speaking for myself assuming all switching services provide the same accuracy and excluding sweeteners I would use only ms, if the information being provided was of significant value to me.

I agree, we are considering this in some form but we literally have so much planned already that it could well take a while before it comes to fruition - watch this space

O2 and Pipex have UK based call centres also.

Can't speak for 02 but Pipex (Tiscali) have moved most of their operations to the Manilla and India. My friend who is with Homecall, says the agents out of Manilla aren't up to much.

ISP's just see outsourcing overseas as a cheap option, if this doesn't go hand in hand with a better provision of care and support it will never work.
