    bank charges to my Nationwide account

    I am writing you regarding the bank charges to my account. last year I took out a cash-back mobile contract with Fonezone, who stated their would make direct payment to my account.

    I had insufficient funds in my account and I thought Fonezone had made payment but later I found out their had not, everytime Orange and T-mobile tried to take money from my account their could not. I cancelled the direct debits as soon as I found out,

    At the moment my account has gone into -£250 and I am in financial difficulty having trouble paying the charges back is there any way I could make Nationwide wiave these charges because I have been a loyal customer and thanks to fonezone I ended up in this financial crisis.

    Before you use words like "make" you should politely ask. It is possible to take legal action to recover such fees but, if you and Nationwide can get things sorted out amicably, it will be quicker and less fuss.
