    Hi, hope someone can help out here. I would like to open a current bank account..sounds simple eh? The problem is I don't work, I get Incapacity Benefit and Income Support and to top it all I made myself bankrupt in 2004. If anyone can help out please reply,

    You need a basic bank account.
