We need a Broadband and telephone setup at three residential addresses and it would be appreciated if you could recommend the best value package (but not necessarily the cheapest, as quality and reliability are important), and with the best positive customer reviews.

Address 1 needs: 1 x 8mb broadband connection and 1 phone

Address 2 needs: 1 x 8mb broadband connection and 2 phones

Address 3 needs 1 x 8mb broadband connection and 2 phones

All 3 addresses are in TW1 (Twickenham, Middlesex)

I have some questions before I can help, when you say "2 phones", what do you mean by this? Also how much daily usage will there be of the broadband connections? And finally could you give me a full post code for address so I can check the exchange please?

Thanks for your reply.

The setups listed are for people working from home. We need 2 telephones with different numbers at two of the addresses because 2 people will be working from there.

All 3 addresses will be constantly on the internet from 9am to 5pm, Mon. to Fri.

The Post Code is TW1 4AH

bt openworld, however you need to be aware that no provider can truely provide 8mb you have to actually sit on the exchange to get them.

You could expect a speed of around 6Mbps based on the post code provided and the other houses are likely to be similar. This speed should be more than enough to meet your needs. Providing separate telephone numbers is not something that every provider can do, in fact I have only heard of BT being able to do this.

Your best option for support and service will be a business option, as residential option would not necessarily cover everything and the service would not be guaranteed.

TalkTalk Business, BT business or Keep the calls with BT to provide the separate numbers and have the Broadband through 02 Business who are out standing for broadband.
