I TOTALLY symphatise and share the grieve and pain with Bargain Hunter n Deaky. I am a recent victim to Orange great promises of fast speed, cheap promotions .... n guess what I ended up with more than 30 days lost of connection. I rung the company techinical support team up almost daily or every 48 hrs as instructed. Line test over Line test, I was still experiencing PPS Server down and the technical team, supposingly I was 'ringing INDIA' were CLUELESS.
I finally managed to get hold of UK customer service who agreed to disconnect my line and provide me with a MACode. Plus I'm free of any penalties as I am contracted to them for 18 months! For those who are currently experience PPP Server down with Orange, dont give up hope to free yourself. Get hold of UK customer team and get connected to a reliable provider. Now my dilemma is - who is realible and not cut throat service?? Or having the best of both is just a dream?
