This company(or lack of it) still owe me £192. Although ive contacted Trading Standards and they have informed me there doesnt seem any possibility of being reimbursed, it just bugges me so much when i have abided by everything they asked of me, i have proof of all my invoices sent with relevant dates,sent numerous emails, numereous phone calls, letters and a lot of wasted time etc and still they can get away with not acknowledging or, paying me, isnt it time the consumer had a better deal with companies such as this?
