Looking for a bit of advise....Me and my husband have been doing a IVA for just over a year now and it is a struggle to be honest...Seriously thinking about going bankrupt,I dont care about the credit rating I would never want another bit of plastic or mortgage in my life!

Just not sure how it would all work or what steps to take first...

Any advise gratefully received.

I know of a number of people who have gone from IVAs to bankruptcy with things turning out fine, but difficult to advise you on this without more information, have you spoken with your IP?

I would reinforce maxsteams previous post by saying you should get professional advice from at least two sources, with one independent such as CAB being a must before making any decisions.
