Can anyone please give me some ideas on earning extra cash. I just dont seem to have any money left after my mortgage and bills are paid. I work full-time and so does my girlfriend and its going to get worse when my fixed rate ends. Any suggestions welcome

If you can't afford your current lifestyle, you need to change something. Perhaps you can work extra hours to get more money but you wont have any time lift to enjoy things (unless you can find work that you really enjoy).

Depends on how much more money you need! When I was struggling for money I ended up working in a hotel bar until midnite 3 nights a week to ensure I made ends meet! You won't be able to do it for long before it catches up with you so this can only ever be a short term fix. Maybe look for a better paid job or cut back on the things you don't really need. (always remember you work to live not the other way around!)
