    Full and final settlement

I have a DMP with a well-known charity debt management company. Through them I am paying off seven credit cards by voluntary agreements. In a few months' time I should receive a payment that would enable me to pay off two of these creditors with full and final settlements. One of the five that I do not intend to pay off (because I won't have enough money) has a charging order on my property but has told the court that they will not seek reinforcement. However, the payment I make to this last creditor is under an informal agreement, not a court order. Would the creditor with the charging order find out that I had paid two of my other creditors off? If so, could they take any action against me? Also, I have an eighth creditor who has a CCJ against me, but no charging order, and I pay monthly payments to this credit card company direct under a court order. Could this creditor find out I had paid off two of my other creditors and could they take any action?

No because otherwise they would be breaking the data protection act as you have not given them permission to disclose.
