Hi All,

Would really appreciate some advice - need to buy a new sofa for my new house - looking to get a nice leather corner sofa with a couple of recliners (fairly set on that for a few reasons)

Looked in many many stores - and the only firm that seem to have what we want is Land of Leather who have loads of options and seem to be very cost-effective (and yes, I'm ignoring any sofas that say 'leather match') -

However reading the comments on here, it seems as though they're not the best at delivering on what they say - and potential quality issues...

Can anyone suggest any good options that are a) cheap and b) cheap and c) not made out or plastic or likely to fall apart

.... another term to beware of is faux leather. Faux is not an animal or type of leather but French for "fake".

Personally I prefer to do a simple transaction with things like this that involve paying the money and taking the item. Credit agreements and delivery promises introduce possibilities for complications.

try scs or dfs( i know they're normally quite expensive but believe they have a half price sales on at moment!)

Thanks guys - to be totally honest, I have looked in most of the big chains - any thoughts on a niche company - anywhere in Essex particularly would be nice :)
