Our car has been written off because it was parked in a public place and some painters were painting a building close by, the whole car, wheels, windows, etc etc are covered in tiny dots of paint. The car is worth around £7k and we would like to know if we can buy it back and how it would work. Understand this is slightly unusual. The company have admitted liability to this (there were five cars that this happened to) and we have a witness. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks
