early this year i decided to get broadband. a friend recommended aol, so i rang and was promised the earth. after two weeks of waiting from my start date i phoned there expensive help line to see what the problem was. i was told i had set my computer up wrong! so i paid for someone to check it for me only to be told i`d done it right. another week went by and still no bb. so on the 21st feb i cancelled my order, i was told my bb line would be clear in 10-14 days. yeaterday my bb line became clear. inbetween i have been told 5 different stories, hung up on twice, spent 180 mins on hold, and passed from dept to dept. and to top it off they then tried to tell me i owed them £6.89 FOR BB I NEVER GOT. i will never go near aol as long as i live.....
