I have been with Orange and Orange Insurance for years, and have never claimed, last summer i got a free upgrade when changing my phone plan to a more suitable one, they simply, changed my monthly tariff and i carried on paying my monthly insurance of £5, I shortly sold my mobile on ebay as i preferred my old mobile, But never informed orange of this.

Last week my mobile snapped in half due to accidental damage which is covered in my policy. It is an Orange phone, but am i covered?
