    Hello last week I bought something off amazon, The item arrived a few days ago, Today I checked my bank account and amazon have refunded the money into my account. What are my rights can amazon retake the money without asking me first, as its quite a lot of money £500

    Also on my statment it doesnt show up as amazon like usually, its PTI europe, Whats that?

    I just googled PTI Europe, another forum is discussing this as a possible scam. I am not a member of that forum so couldn't follow up.
