I ordered Tiscali broadband on the 6-12-07.With a lap top this was going to make a x-mas present for my kids. After many
calls,e-mails etc x-mas and Jan came and went! So in mid Feb i cancelled my bank details and tried to switch to Virgin.
They said i would need a MAC code, Tiscali denied this but finally sent one dated 13-2-08. But they then sent a BT man
out to put a product on my phone line on 18-2-08. I was un aware of this and called BT, who came out found no fault, only
a broadband product and charged me £99 +VAT.I now have Virgin and BT have cancelled the charge after i explained the
above. The kids have dusted the laptop down and use their pressie.
