I joined up when I moved house and had to get ADSL broadband, and I have only had one problem so far: when I tried to email 02 to say thanks for getting it set up quickly and sorting everything out efficiently, I couldn't find an address to send it to! In the end I sent it in through their online question form, hope they received it, I am trying to promote giving credit when you get good service, as I have slipped into just being a complainer in the past.
