OH is at the house..glossing cat lady's skirting boards. Although I suppose they are my skirting boards now..I refuse to take her place!

Yaayyy! Finally..don't want to jinx you so all I will say is I hope everything goes well today. It's the best feeling, and once you've got your completion date you can start to plan things without worrying :)

Grrr!!! No YAY!

More problems - I swear I'm the jinx!! Basically my solicitor is still not happy as the papers are not up to scratch and she says there are still things missing. So I don't think I will be exchanging today after all :-(

Ahh..that's what kept happening with us. Solicitor was not happy and we had to keep waiting for more paperwork to come accross from the vendors solicitor. It's very frustrating, but you will get through it. The thing I found helped most was calling the estate agent and telling them who is holding things up..they then harrassed the vendors solicitor until they sent the required stuff over :)

Still not exchanged :-(

Think I might call up estate agents today and see what they say.

The bank holiday weekends are awful when you are waiting for it to happen..I hated them.. :(

Ahh well..it will happen when you least expect it to anyway! :) The weather is lovely isn't it..I'm finally going to go out and enjoy it now. I've been stuck in finishing off all my uni work. The deadline is not until next week, but since we are moving I wanted to get it all out the way. Can't wait to hand it all in - no more lectures ever?! Fab!

The house is going good, nearly ready now and it looks completely different. It's a new house but the way she had it made it look so dated inside, now it's all fresh it looks brand new again. Love it :)
