    Currys What ever happens cover

I took out a new cover to protect a plasma tv i had 2 years ago. I organised the agreement about end of october telling them i need the first payment 25th nov (when i get paid)

It came out fine no probs untill it came out again on the 30th nov.

This caused for the item to be returned by natwest £38 charge making me overdrawn £28 charge. Now because this charge made me overdrawn my phone bill direct debit was returned another £38 and making me overdrawn into a 2nd month of december £28charge.

    £132 pounds worth of charges.

I get in contact with them they basicly say the first £14.99 on 25th nov was for october and the 2nd one was for november.

As far as i was concerned first payment was £14.99 every 25th of the month

Id really like someones help/advise on how to take this further

    Thanks alot

    Extract from Currys what... t&cs

When you purchase a Currys whateverhappens pay as you go Service Agreement you will pay monthly by direct debit or credit card mandate, giving you product support for however long you need it. Currys whatverhappens will automatically renew your Service Agreement each month unless your product is replaced or you ask to cancel your whateverhappens Service Agreement..

They don't say it but I think they are more than likely charging you in advance but instead of the first payment coming out in October for October/ November it came out in November and they then took out a further payment in November for November/December. My last mobile phone contract had the same principle. I think it suits their system to do it that way. They say contact them if you need further information.
