I need help with my claim for my dog! He needs an operation to correct a problem with his eyes but the Insurance Company say this is an ongoing problem that I did not disclose. The situation is that he has had bad eyes for a while but he is a rescue so we have not got a long history for him. We have now been advised that he needs an operation and have tried to claim but they will not pay saying it was an ongoing problem, BUT my point is that had we known we could have made him better with an operation, we would have claimed for that right away! So, we are at stalemate and my dog is going blind! Any suggestions? I cannot afford to pay for this iit is £600.

Not much to say here. If insurance won't wear it, then either you'll have to fork out the dough or try to find a free vet. The PDSA may be able to help but other than that sorry - no ideas.
