Who pays the cashback when the switch is successful? and how is it paid?

MS.com will pay the cashback once we have received confirmation from your new energy provider that your account has been successfully set-up. Unfortunately, as stated in the T&Cs, this normally takes 3-4 months but can take anywhere up to 6-months.

The cashback payment will be made in one of two ways:

1.) If you have applied to pay your energy bills by direct debit, the cashback will be paid into the account provided on the application page.

2.) If you have applied to pay your energy bills by quarterly cash or cheque, the cashback will be paid by cheque and sent to the address provided on your application.

Still waiting for cashback since December 07 and pay by direct debit monthly -what is the holdup as went with Southern Electric.
