Good morning, seeking your advice please.
I purchased a Hoover vacuum cleaner from Comet (with their extended warranty) in June 2006. In May 2007, the motor went and Comet repaired it. In September, it 'died' on me (no power at all). Again, I took it to Comet for repairs. They have had it since mid-September awaiting spare parts. I am not pleased to say the least as my previous vacuum cleaner (also a Hoover) went 15 years with only 1 fault (hose needed replacing). If I they are unable to repair my hoover in the next few weeks, what recourse will I have with regards to a a refund/exchange?
Thanks for any advice you are able to offer.
