I work for a property developer and this is his first development its a house hes bought to do up) and he's asked me to get buildings insurance for the project by friday. what insurance do i need? a company one or personal one? someone pls help as i have just started this job as PA and i dont know where to start looking. most internet providers are building for domestic use. is this what we need or do we need a company one?

Hi --- You need to get property developers or construction cover on the property, normal house insurance is for residential use only.
