    the switch

    I currently own a blackberry 8700,

I like qwerty cell phones, but like the Nokia E90 or the similar.

If you want you can share your opinion about the above device or the like.

Anyway, If i buy it, can I swith the simcard from my vodafone blackberry to this device and use it send e mails etc...?

I am really ignorant in this field, so If you can help me, it would be appreciated.

    cheers

As far as I'm aware you can't. I think to be able to run the blackberry
features (like email etc) you need a blackberry phone. I'm sure that
there is a technical whizz out there who'll be able to get it working
    though!

    Re: the switch

Virtually any phone can be set up to receive email

Blackberry have a "push email" facility where the email arrives without any user intervention

That said - the Nokia 9300, 9500 and E90 does the same thing

I have had Nokia Communicators since the original 9000 (brick) - I love them !!!

I have an E90 on order - it is the bees knees - 2 cameras, GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth, WAN etc etc
